Lakewood Painters. Looking for the local Contractor. Homeowners good news the weather is predicted to warm up this weekend! Always nice to paint. Good news for us Ohio’ns bad news for the melting snow and Ice On our roofs and around our homes.
Melting ice can cause weather damage to our homes. Protect your home from ice and snow. Make sure you have your roof cleaned off if you accumulate more than 10? of snow. Do not pile tons of snow near the foudation of your home. When the sno pack melts your home is working extra hard to stay dry.
Falling snow from the rooftop of homes is common and can cause gutters to break apart from the structure of the home. Also sliding ice from roof can cause damage to a car if parked close to home. I have seen this happen before were a vehicle was parked in a driveway and ice slid from the roof and broke the rear glass of auto parked in driveway.
